NEXT: Designing Your Third Chapter (per participant)

$3,050.00

THE NEXT RETREAT WILL BE HELD IN FALL OF 2025

Plan the transition to an enriching and deeply satisfying life in your 50's, 60's and 70's. In this supportive community, you will begin to design a life with purpose and productivity, personalizing all of these elements:

· Education

· Spirituality

· Housing

· Using your favorite skills

· Finance

· Community

· Physical, mental and emotional health

· Health care

· Healthy lifestyle habits

· Your legacy

Process: The power of the program arises from the intentional community we will build, through discussions, silent reflection, and other experiences. We will share a beautiful retreat location; work with, support and challenge each other, while we plan a third chapter that builds on the wisdom gained in our early years but reaches for more than simply slowing down in retirement.

Participants: Women age 50 and older, who are interested in planning the third chapter of their lives to include a preferred and unique mix of work, play, volunteer time, and family, being in good health and good financial condition to support that.

Faculty:

· Karen Geiger, President, Karen Geiger & Associates, Inc.

· Linda Christopherson, President, Linda Christopherson & Associates, LLC

Location: The retreat will be held in the beautiful NC mountains, at the Lagoalinda Inn at Lake Junaluska, 26 miles west of Asheville. This mountain retreat is a great place to refresh your spirit and soul, given the beauty of Lake Junaluska, nestled amid the majestic Blue Ridge mountains.

Cost: The cost per participant of $3050 includes all seminar design; delicious, catered meals; a private room with bath; use of the gardens and trails on the property and all program facilitation and materials. We will accept reservations on a first-come, first-served basis up to a maximum of 10. If you need to cancel within 6 weeks of the start date, you have several options: 1) you can find a replacement so that you can get a refund, 2) if we can fill the slot we will be happy to refund your fee, or 3) you can provide a scholarship for someone who wants to attend but can’t afford it. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be given specific driving directions and initial details about the retreat. Call either Karen (704-372-9842) or Linda (704-650-0833) if you have questions.
